A Couple of Lies starts on Netflix on October 30. The streamer has released the trailer for the Swedish psychological thriller, starring Emma Appleton, Fares Fares, Frida Gustavsson and Jakob Oftebro.
The series adapts Stefan Ahnhem’s novel. Helene and Carl exchange their home in Stockholm’s archipelago for Scarlett and Adam’s villa in Sicily. Unsettling discoveries turn the holiday arrangement into a problem of trust, surveillance and manipulation.
